Project Training for BE/BTECH/MCA:
We provide Project Oriented Training for Academic students for their Mini and Major Projects, covering all the level in a software development process. Our Major Aim in adopting a student for a project is to make him involve and participate in the different stages of SDLC and PDLC of the Software. We also help the student in formalizing and finalizing the Final Project submission Report as per the standards of the Academic requirements without compromising the Industrial Requirements.

The project includes all the real-time aspect requirements form SRS to Testing. The student is personally involved in the project at all stages and is guided as per the aspects by the Software Engineers. We also take the responsibility is providing the required technical training on the specific subjects that are integrated in the project to the system requirement of the Project. At every level the student is tested and corrected to the standards as required in the project. We make the student understand the importance of Designing, Modeling, Prototyping, Coding Integration and Testing in the Project Development Life Cycle. We train the student thoroughly for ER-Modeling and UML Modeling as per the standards of Industry.

Assessments - Comprehensive Employability Test (CET)

The demand for skilled human resource is constantly growing. Apart from academic performance, HR managers seek career skills like communication, attitude, personality, etc. in their prospective employees.

It is a challenge for HR managers to recruit the right candidates for the job openings based on a brief recruitment process.

Unlike the scorecard for academic performance, there is no yardstick or certifications from recognized bodies to assess the level of communication skills, soft skills, aptitude skills, programming skills, etc. of a potential candidate.

Advaitha has introduced Comprehensive Employability Tests (GET), a suite of assessments, to evaluate employability skills of the students in a scientific manner.

Under the guidance of Prof. Sridhar Sastry, the Senior Professor of HR Practices, Cambridge University, who is on our Board of Advisors, we have started the CET.

CET is designed to help students demonstrate their employability skills to the HR managers and thus standout in the competition.

The program also trains students for Recruitment Tests of various Corporate Private Sector Companies including SATYAM, INFOSYS, TCS, WIPRO, ORACLE, GE, INTELLI, BAAN, CMC, HCL, ICICI, etc

The program is of 45 days duration and consists of sessions on Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Analytical, logical and Critical Reasoning and Basic English
